A doctor closes each home visit by talking for a minute

The business

A doctor-led home-visit clinic in Jakarta.

The problem

After a day of home visits, the doctor typed up every medical record and every bill at night. Drug and vaccine names had to be spelled exactly right.

What we built

An app where the doctor records a short voice note after each visit. It drafts the medical record and a priced invoice, and the doctor checks and approves both on one screen. Each drafted field links to the line the doctor said it in, and nothing is filed until the doctor approves it. Only the clinical reviewer can read the records. Before choosing the speech engine, we tested four on 20 scripted test recordings full of the clinic's own drug, vaccine and treatment names.

The result
93%of those names exactly right in our test with the engine we picked, against 79% for the default
$0.10/hrper hour of audio for the engine we picked, against $0.36
3 weeksfrom an empty project to the doctor using it on real patients, about three weeks
Started September 6, 2026. In use with one doctor since late September 2026. Engine test run October 5, 2026.
For you
